Helix Anchors for Failing Concrete Foundation Walls

Signs:

Diagonal and horizontal cracks in concrete foundation walls.

Cause:

Excessive lateral loading, poor construction techniques, faulty or no engineering are a few reasons why concrete foundation walls fail.

REPAIR:

The structure and foundation wall are temporarily shored from the inside. The exterior of the affected area is excavated to fasten helix anchors to the outside of the foundation wall. Wall is made plumb and secured; backfilled area is compacted and graded.

The Dave Pate Advantage:

Engineered long-term repair provides you with a safe and marketable home.

Helix Anchors to Underpin Light Loads

When 42-inch deep frost wall foundations or piers for porches next to full basement foundations fail, helix anchors are used to underpin these lightly loaded areas.

The Dave Pate Advantage:

Engineered long-term repair provides you with a safe and marketable home.
